I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice with a sea view, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes and cleanliness could have been improved under the beds. On the bright side, having a balcony was a plus.

The location was excellent, especially for enjoying the firework display and exploring the new town. Being near the beach in the nicer part of Benidorm was a big plus.

The hotel had a tiny room with a smell of urine from the shower curtain and a horrible tiny balcony overlooking a brick wall at the rear. Yet, the location was perfect near the old town with views of the beach, sea, and Bird Island.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets from my room. The lack of a fridge was a small inconvenience, but the central location and proximity to Old Town and fantastic tapas spots made up for it. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when I needed an extra night due to unexpected weather conditions.
